　今回、敗訴となったオリンパス社を弁護した「森・濱田松本法律事務所」（東京都丸の内）は、日本の「四大法律事務所」のひとつと称されるほどの大 手である。特に、担当をしたT谷というベテラン女性弁護士は、労働法のエキスパートとしてメディアにも登場した経歴を持つ。ところが、このT谷弁護士がか ねてから産業医とグルになり、陰湿な手口で社員を社会的に抹殺してきた疑いがあるという。今回の「オリンパス訴訟」を詳しく知るある人物がその手口を説明 する。

「悪質な企業では、会社にとって都合のよくない社員に対して『精神的なケアをする』との名目で、会社お抱えの産業医に診断をさせるんです。この産業 医が会社とグルで、その社員を『君は精神分裂症だ』『重度のウツなので治療が必要』などと診断し、精神病院へ措置入院させたり、合法的に解雇してしまい、 事実が隠蔽されてしまう。過去にセクハラを訴えた多くのOLなどがこの手口で社会的に抹殺されていますし、今回のHさんもそのひとりの疑いがあります」

　つまり、一部の大手企業では、「裏コンプライアンス・マニュアル」として産業医を活用したブラックな手口が常態化しており、オリンパス社もそのひとつである疑いが強いのだという。
