“人が攻撃的になったり、心ない言葉を誰かにぶつけたりするのは、本当はその相手に悪意があるというよりも、自分自身の中に何かを抱えているというケースがほとんどなんですよ。よく言われるんですが、すごく真面目な質問をされる方から「なんで私たちのような真面目な質問はスルーして、攻撃してくる人に返信するんですか」と。でもこれは教員をやっていたからというのもあるのかもしれませんが、そういう絡み方しかできない人ほど先にケアしていきたいなと思っちゃうんですよね。”
