　こうした「過去」につぎ込んだコスト(これをサンクコストという)に囚われていると、未来を台なしにしてしまうことがあります。残念ながら、時間も、エネルギーも、お金も、一回つぎ込んだら戻ってくることはありません。

　過去は戻ってこない。
　大切なのは、「今・ここ」と「未来」。
　変えられるのは、「今・ここ」と「未来」。
　自分を幸せにしてくれるのは、「今・ここ」と「未来」。

　「今・ここ」と「未来」だけを見て、希望がないのだとしたら、キッパリ終りにして、逃げましょう。さらにズルズルと、サンクコストを積み増していくなんて、やめたほうがいい。ウェットな頭をドライにチェンジ。
