僕は教育業界で聞いたんだけど、他の業界でも「知ってる人は知ってる常識」みたいな法則だ。簡単に要約すると、こうなる。 ★一人前以上の能力を身につけるには、どんな職種でも一万時間以上のトレーニングが必要。逆に言えば、一万時間以上のトレーニングができない場合、その能力はプロレベルにはならない。”
