　とある大学教授の方との話。

「教え方学」というのをもっと研究するべきだと僕は思う。
教え方の下手な人間ほど、生徒のせいにしたがる。「あいつは集中力が無い」「理解できない」とか。
　そんなことやってるから生徒のコンプレックスばかり刺激して、出来る子がどんどん見下すようになるいびつな精神構造を作り上げる。

　残念ながら、生徒も先生も相手を選べない。　だからこそ「教え方学」をもっと研究して、個人の資質に頼らなくて良いように教える側がもっと学ぶ必要がある。

　基本は三つ
・好奇心を刺激する。
・出来たら褒める
・質問には説明付きで応える。

　一方通行でだらだら喋って、メモをとって記憶する。　そんなのは学習とは言わない。暗記であり脳の負荷にしかならないよ。
