単に欧米や日本のグローバル企業が生産拠点を変えたという話ではありません。私が驚いたのは次の２点です。

　＃１．中国の生産拠点を「日本」の東北地区に移したこと
　＃２．これはLenovoという中国PC大手企業が決断したということ

Lenovo（聯想）はPC事業をNECと一緒にやっているわけですが、中国企業が自国の生産拠点を捨てて、日本のモノづくり産地を選んだというの は、生産効率性（高度化）を高めることで中国国内の生産総コストよりも抑制できる見通しがあるからだと思われます。さらに、”MADE IN JAPAN”というブランドを活用して、セールスの拡大を狙いたいという思惑も、報道内容からは伺えます。

PCといえばIT産業の代表的な製品ですが、こういったレベルの製品については、中国国内で敢えて作らずとも、全体コスト（輸送費含めて）と品質 （サプライチェーン上のリードタイムを含めて）の総体で考えれば、先進国の労務コストでも十分戦えるステージになってきたということですね。
