投票依頼を配布、辻元氏元秘書ら３人逮捕

８月３０日に投開票された衆院選で、特定の候補者への投票などを依頼する文書を配ったとして、兵庫県警捜査２課と加古川署は１１日夜、同県高砂市議の井奥雅樹容疑者（４３）ら３人を公職選挙法違反（法定外文書の頒布など）の疑いで逮捕した。

井奥容疑者は、社民党の辻元清美氏の元秘書で、容疑を否認している。
他に逮捕されたのは、同県加古川市の職業不詳東恭子（３１）、高砂市の無職山下仁志（４７）両容疑者。
発表によると、井奥容疑者らは共謀、８月２５日頃、いずれも比例近畿ブロックと重複立候補した兵庫８区の田中康夫（新党日本）、同１０区の岡田康裕（民主党）、大阪１０区の辻元各氏や、それぞれが所属する政党に投票を依頼した違法な文書を、加古川市内の有権者十数人に郵送した疑い。
東容疑者は「郵送したが、違法な文書とは思わなかった」などと否認。山下容疑者は認めているという。
