【政治】 長妻大臣 「『舛添大臣』にお答え申し上げます」…参院予算委で思わず間違い

民主党は大瓶のワクチンを用意したことを、舛添が「薬害汚染」が発生したらどうするんだと糾弾していた。

新品の注射針を使って吸い出すのに薬害が発生するならそれはワクチンの容量の問題か？
大瓶のデメリットって一度開封したワクチンは一定時間内に使い切らなきゃならないから、ある程度接種者が固まった状況じゃないと無駄に捨てなきゃならないってことじゃないの？

長妻をかばうわけじゃないけど流石に違うと思う。

長妻はこのとき、「少しでも多くのワクチンを・・・」って泣きながら言ってました。
枡添は「一日で投与しきれなかった分を結局捨てることになるから、その言い訳は利かない。安全を最優先するべき」って言ってました。

これって注射針を使いまわしにしないとあり得なくない？

「大瓶で余っちゃったらもったいない」というのは正しいと思うんだけど、大瓶と小瓶を適当なバランスで準備すればいいわけで。

21人来院したら大瓶と小瓶1個づつみたいな使い方はそこまで難しいのかなぁ。

あと

• 大瓶にすることのリスクを言うのであればインフルエンザに関わらず別の薬でも使い切りでない製剤なんてのは数多あるわけで、殊更インフルエンザにかこつけて問題視するのはどうなの？
  インフルエンザワクチンが特殊な理由でもあるの？
• 雑菌感染が問題になるなら、そもそも何で製薬会社は大瓶で出荷してるの？
  まさか長妻が製薬会社に対して「大瓶で出すように生産ライン調整しろ」って命令してるわけでもないでしょう。
• 決まった予算に対して大瓶と小瓶で発注した時の確保量が違う場合、雑菌感染等のリスクはその確保量の差を埋めるほど大きなものなのか。

なんて考えたら大瓶てそこまで変な選択とは思わないんだけどなぁ。

ですから長妻の指示。そもそも厚生大臣はすべてを監督しないといけない立場。
取り寄せた理由は、国内の製薬会社だけじゃ足りないから。
自民党にできなかったことをやろうとしたのかもしれないけど、
実際には、それはやっちゃいけないと舛添が知っててやらなかったものに
素人長妻が手を出した模様。
実際に、討論を観れば解りますよ。

ま、僕も医者じゃないので偉そうに言えないのですが、
蓋を開けた容器に20回新品の注射器を突っ込むわけですから、
空気には間違いなく触れるわけで。
場合によっては、時間差も出てくる。

大体、注射する時は一本のアンプルから吸い取ったものを注射するでしょ。
ちょっと前まで最前線の舛添につつかれて、長妻が言い返せないってことは、そういうことだと。

• 製薬会社は元々10mLバイアルも生産していた
• それを厚労省が輸入した

って話であれば”製薬会社的には10mLで問題ない”って事でしょ。
であれば”ちゃんと使えば”薬剤のサイズと安全性って無視できる程度には小さいんじゃないかと。

一応本職が集まってるっぽい医者板の新フルスレ（新型インフルエンザ対策と医療制度の問題点　その３）見ても「10mlバイアルじゃ使い切れない」って話はあっても、雑菌なんかの感染についてはほぼ凪ってあたりであんまり問題あるようには見えないけどなぁ。

このワクチンの梱包は知らないけど、普通「ふたを開ける」んじゃなくて「蓋を注射針で貫通させる」んじゃないかと。針を抜けば内圧で穴はふさがるし。
最近あんまり注射打たないからわからないけど、外科で使う部分麻酔って正露丸のビンぐらいのやつから使ってない？
