“いろいろと理由はあるとは思うけれども、再挑戦しにくいことと理屈が通じないことは、その原因が共通していると思う。再挑戦がしづらいのは、出資者（投資者）側がリスク評価を嫌がるため。リスク評価を嫌がるので、前例主義やゼロリスク主義となり、失敗の発生を必要悪と割り切れないのだと思う。理屈が通じないのは、多くの人が理屈を前提に意見調整を行う技法の訓練を受けていないため。単一民族・一つの文化幻想の下で意見調整を行う行為自体が良しとされていないのだと思う。この二つの理由をひっくるめると、結局は知識・技術の軽視が根本にあると思う。”
