橋下「財政面に言及せず、給料だけもらうというのは、
　　　どう考えてもおかしいでしょう」
職員「退職までの給料が保証されていたのに、
　　　下げられるほうがおかしいでしょう。
　　　これじゃあ、前にも誰かが言うてましたが
　　　後だしジャンケンでしょう」
橋下「そういう問題を今、話しているわけじゃないんですよ。
　　　あなたの給与、それをまかなう財源が足りないんです。
　　　ないものをどうやって捻出するんですか？」
職員「だから、それはあなたの責任でしょう！！
　　　あなたが無能だからじゃないですか（笑）」
　→職員から笑いが起こる
橋下「では、あなたは無駄を減らさずに、税金だけをあげろと？」
職員「それはやむを得ないこともあります。
　　　というより職員の給与が無駄とはどういうことですか？」
橋下「話になりません」
職員「どういうことですか?説明を願います」
　→「ふざけるな！」と野次が飛ぶ。"
