４．すべてを教えないこと
教える側がすることは、教わる側が理解できる入り口に立たせてあげることだけです。自分で理解することこそが喜びに繋がり、次のステップのエネルギー源になるのです。先取りしてすべてを教えることは、そのエネルギーを奪うことに繋がります。自分の目で見て、自分の足で歩いていると感じることが教える時に一番大切な事です。

５．的確に褒めること 教える＝褒めることです。いくら褒めても褒めすぎることはありません。気をつけるのは卑屈になったり媚びたりして的外れな褒め方はしないことです。教わる側は見抜いています。褒めるべきを褒めることです。

６．気持ちよく失敗させること バカにすれば教わる側は簡単に「わかったふり」をし始めます。分かったふりほど教育の妨げになるものはありません。安心して失敗させることが大切です。失敗しきれていない部分があることも多いので、内容だけではなく方法にも気を配り本当に疑問を解消できているかを確認することも重要です。

７．いつまでも教えないこと
教わる側がいつまでも教える側を必要とするのは健全ではありません。教わる側が自分を必要としなくなるように教えることが大切です。いつまでもいつまでも同じように教えを請わざるを得ないのは、教え方が誤っています。教える側は常に、慕ってくれたり、必要とされるのがうれしい気持ちを乗り越える必要があります。
